The Beth Tfiloh Lower School in Baltimore was moving from an attractive off-site location to the main campus and wanted its new building to be fun and inviting for the students.

Carlyles Watch, in the heart of downtown Columbus, OH, offers the fusion of new, well-appointed apartment units located in an historic, urban setting. The new building includes 54 residences in seven stories in Columbus’ charming Gay Street District.

The new Central Community College Health and Science Education Center in Grand Island, NE is the latest addition to the college’s expanding campus. Providing traditional classrooms, lecture halls and laboratories, the 44,000 sq. ft. facility is also equipped with high-tech “distance learning” capabilities to allow interaction with instructors and students at other locations throughout the Central Community College system.

Chicago Theological Seminary enjoys a proud legacy of progressive education and preparation for future religious leaders in a multitude of ministries. The 150-year-old institution is located on the campus of The University of Chicago and is affiliated with the United Church of Christ.

More than 136,000 sq. ft. of dri-design panels clad the new Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee, the state’s largest hospital construction project. The .080 aluminum panels were finished in Champagne and Bone White.

The Dayton Children's Outpatient Care Center - Springboro, located in Miamisburg, OH, offers pediatric urgent care, medical imaging and rehabilitative services. The new 20,000 sq.ft. facility located on an 11-acre site is seeking LEED Gold certification.

The mechanical penthouse of the 10-story headquarters building of Edward Jones in St. Louis is clad with perforated Dri-Design panels. The panels utilize approximately 3,500sq.ft. of 1.5mm VM Quartz ZINC.

More than 14,000 sq. ft. of Dri-Design® panels was utilized to create a contemporary look for the new East Park Community Center in Nashville. The .050 aluminum panels were finished in three complementary colors: White, Patina Green and Orange.

Approximately 6,000 sq. ft. of Dri-Design panels were used to help create a functional yet exciting environment for K-6 grade students at the new Farley Elementary School in Topeka, KS. The .080 aluminum panels were finished in Green, Terra Cotta, Silver and Gold.

Opening of the massive new $1.03 billion Fort Belvoir Community Hospital at Fort Belvoir, VA culminates five years of interservice collaboration as one of the largest and most involved medical Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) projects. The 1.27 million square foot facility will replace DeWitt Army Community Hospital and will also absorb some services and patients from the recently closed Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

The new Law Enforcement Center in Elkhart, IN is a joint venture with the Indiana Department of Administration and the Indiana State Police. The office and training center is the first building in the state to co-locate four law enforcement agencies. The high-tech facility functions as an Indiana State Police post and also houses components of three additional Indiana law enforcement entities.

The Kosair Children’s Medical Center in Brownsboro, KY is designed to bring a specialized level of care to children in the Louisville metropolitan area and surrounding region. Building elements such as appropriately sized doors for children, vibrant colors and playful interiors are designed to bring a sense of calming to the young patients that the facility serves.
Approximately 7,500 sq. ft. of Dri-Design panels clad the new building. The .080 aluminum panels were finished in Berkshire Blue.

Miami Valley Career Technology Center wanted a new look for its facility that matched its role as a world class provider of innovative, high tech career education. Located in Clayton, OH, the Center serves 27 area high schools and offers more than 50 career technical programs.

The new Monroe Pointe condominiums in Denver’s upscale Cherry Creek area utilize 14,000 sq. ft. of .050 aluminum Dri-Design panels finished in Silver Metallic.

NASCAR driver Mark Martin utilized 5,200 sq. ft. of Dri-Design® wall panels to upgrade the appearance of his new pre-engineered building. Located at the Spruce Creek Fly-In Community in Port Orange, FL, the unique building serves as headquarters for Mark Martin Enterprises as well as the hanger for Martin’s airplane.

The J. Paul and Eleanor McIntosh College of Nursing offers a unique educational partnership between Northeast Community College in Norfolk, NE and the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing. The 44,000 sq. ft. facility houses all of Northeast Community College’s nurse and nurse aid programs plus the University of Nebraska College of Nursing’s undergraduate and graduate-level programs.

The new Nebraska Publice Power District Operations Center in Norfolk, NE consolidates four previously seperate locations into one highly sustainable, green facility. The 87,000 sq.ft. building has achieved LEED Gold certification.

Approximately 4,500 sq.ft. of Dri-Design Panels constructed with 1mm VM QUARTZ and ANTHRA ZINC were used to create a stunning design for a Cincinnati residence. The patented Dri-Design Wall Panel System is an affordable dry joint, pressure-equalized rainscreen system.

The design of the new Pattengill Middle School in Lansing, MI is intended to provide a flagship look for future Lansing School District facilities. The 200,000 sq. ft., 850 student institution delivers a “high tech, modern, up-to-date look” according to architect Jay Van Duren of GMB Architects, Holland, MI.

Rockford Cardiology Associates, Ltd., Rockford, IL, was previously scattered throughout an aging, 3-story building that offered no potential for the growing practice. P-G Architecture Design/Build, Rockford, was chosen to assist the 16-physician group with site selection as well as all aspects of internal and external design and construction.

Approximately 7,600 sq. ft. of Dri-Design wall panels were used on the facade of Royal Caribbean Cruises' third and largest customer service center in Springfield, Oregon. The .080 aluminum panels were finished in Kynar Bone White in a variety of custom sizes.

Two bands of Dri-Design® architectural panels around the top of Shasta Enterprises Office Building in Redding, CA create a striking design that matches the surrounding vista. Perched atop a bluff on the Sacramento River, the building provides tenants with a beautiful view of Mount Shasta and the river valley below.

A 2,000 sq. ft. addition to the Siskin Steel & Supply building in Chattanooga, TN has made a huge impact on the appearance of the company’s headquarters. Linked to an existing brick structure, the expansion includes a new lobby, administrative offices and training room.

More than 17,000 sq. ft. of Dri-Design® walls panels were used on the new St. Barnabas Nursing Home in Chattanooga, TN, a facility designed with new approaches in the elder care industry. Based on what is called the Eden Alternative, the concept makes care more patient-focused with less imposing nursing stations and relaxed resident rules.

Dri-Design has introduced its new Tapered Series architectural metal wall panel system. The innovative design allows each individual panel face to taper top to bottom, bottom to top, left to right or right to left. Architects and designers can create random patterns or regimented patterns including waves, bonds, running bonds and shingles.

The striking new Sixth Street Residence Hall at the University of Arizona in Tucson features a dramatic application of Dri-Design’s Imaging Technology.

The new Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center in Levittown, PA incorporates the latest technology to provide emergency medical and surgical services while accommodating a staff of surgeons, cardiologists, anesthesiologists and acupuncturist. The 21,000 square foot veterinary referral hospital offers an intensive care unit, CT scanner, radiation therapy, ultrasound, two surgical suites and separate wards for dogs and cats.

The project manager for glass and glazing subcontractor Alliance Glass & Metals, Romeoville, IL wanted a panel system that his crew could install along with the glazing and curtainwall on the new Wickes Furniture project on Elston Avenue in Chicago. The patented Dri-Design® dry joint, pressure-equalized rainscreen system was selected to meet the objective. More than 2,600 sq. ft. of Dri-Design .080 aluminum panels finished in Arcadia Green was utilized.

The creative use of 3,200 sq. ft. of Dri-Design® wall panels on the façade of Zimmerman Construction Company’s new headquarters building in Kansas City gave the precast project a great look. The .050” aluminum panels were finished in Kynar metallic Copper Penny and installed in a diamond pattern.
